Rates range from $165 (first floor) to $180 (second floor) plus tax (single or double occupancy). Additional person — $20 per night.

There is no breakfast served, but guests will find coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, and cereal in the kitchenette.

There is a two-night minimum for most dates.

Cancellations must be made with 10 days notice or you will be
charged for the total amount of the stay. Stays of over a week require 2 WEEKS notice for cancellation.

Sorry — no small children, pets, or smoking. Occupancy is limited to three people in a room.
