Reservations may be made by phone or email using a Visa, MC, or AmEx card.

Rates range from $155 (first floor) to $165 (second floor) plus tax (single or double occupancy). Additional people — $20 each per night.

There is no breakfast served, but guests will find coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, and cereal in the kitchenette.

There is a two-night minimum for most dates.

Cancellations must be made with 10 days notice or you will be
charged for the total amount of the stay. Stays of over a week require 2 WEEKS notice for cancellation.

Sorry, no pets or smoking. No small children unless related parties rent both rooms. No more than three people per room unless related parties rent both rooms.
