Reservations & Rates

Reservations may be made by phone or email using a Visa, MC, or AmEx card.

Rate is $225/night (single or double occupancy). Additional person — $20 per night.
State and city taxes — 11% total.

There is no breakfast served, but guests will find coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, and cereal/granola in the kitchenette. Special requests are honored.

There is a 3-night minimum from May through October.

Cancellations must be made with 14 days notice or you will be charged for the total amount of the stay.

Reservations cancelled outside of the 14-day period will be charged $20.

No pets or smoking. Occupancy is limited to three people.
